Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python (Flask) and Angular to contribute to and lead projects across different domains. The role involves full-cycle development, cloud deployment, API integrations, and agile-based project delivery. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience and be comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Development

• Actively write clean, scalable code using Python (Flask) and Angular.
• Review pull requests and ensure code quality through best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure and efficient delivery.
• Contribute to cloud-based deployments and DevOps practices.

Third-Party Integrations

• Integrate payment gateways such as Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal.
• Implement OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SSO authentication/authorization.
• Work with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Cognito), Azure, or Firebase.
• Integrate messaging/notification systems like Twilio, FCM, or WebSockets.

Project Delivery and Accountability

• Own tasks end-to-end with responsibility for delivery timelines and quality.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Python (Flask/Django) and Angular.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of Angular best practices and state management (NgRx).
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and MS SQL Server.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong debugging, unit testing, and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare product development (not mandatory but a plus).
• Hands-on knowledge of Firebase, Twilio, or similar communication tools.
• Exposure to multiple domains and projects simultaneously.

Additional Information

• This is a hybrid role, with a combination of remote and on-site work.
• Candidates must be willing to sign a 2-year service agreement upon joining.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹311,686.03 - ₹1,476,742.30 per year
