Job Title : Full Stack Lead (Python)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead with expertise in Python to take on a leadership role in our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while mentoring junior developers and ensuring high-quality code delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and architecture of web applications and software solutions using Python and related technologies.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for front-end and back-end integration.
• Develop and maintain both client-side and server-side code to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain and update codebase, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Python.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, etc.).
• Proficient in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or similar.
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
