Job Description:

Xotem Technologies Private Limited is seeking a skilled React JS Developer with experience in Python to create and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable code. As part of a dynamic, cross-functional team, you'll collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and product managers to build intuitive and responsive web applications. In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API), integrating with back-end services via APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL/FastAPI), and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Your focus will also include developing Python-based back-end services and optimizing performance across various devices and browsers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable front-end code using React JS and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend developers, designers, product managers) to build intuitive and responsive web applications.
• Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) for complex web applications.
• Integrate front-end with back-end services using APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL/FastAPI) and Python.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for performance across multiple devices and browsers.
• Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the best possible user experience.
• Work with back-end Python services, integrating them with front-end React components.

Key Requirements:

• 1.5-2 years of experience with React.js and front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming (async/await, promises).
• Experience with React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext) and functional components.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS methodologies (Flexbox, Grid).
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or React Context API.
• Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Babel, and version control (Git).
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with tools like Axios or Fetch API.
• Strong experience with Python development and integrating Python back-end services with front-end applications.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with TypeScript and server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js).

Familiarity with CSS-in-JS libraries such as styled-components or Emotion.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Netlify, or Vercel.

Familiarity with mobile-first design principles.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.

Knowledge of Python web frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django) for back-end development.

Working Hours:

1 PM to 10 PM.
