Hiring for Python lead role.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Python lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a Python expert in developing robust and scalable solutions in Python using frameworks (like Django, Flask or Pyramid).

Additionally, the candidate should possess expertise in AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Events, EC2 and Docker Containerization.

10+ years experience, 2+ yrs as a Tech lead (Python dev team)

Job responsibilities

– Lead a team of 6-8 Python developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.

– Design and develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable Python applications and APIs using Django or other Framework.

– Experience of working with NoSQL databases (any of these PostgreSQL, Mongo)

– Good experience in SQL

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and develop solutions that meet business objectives.

– Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.

– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.

– Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Python development and AWS services, and provide recommendations for improvement.

– Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and documentation guidelines within the team.

– Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
