Job Title- QA - Manual Tester, AS
Location- Pune, India
Role Description
- This role is within the DWS Global Technology team and will interact with the various business groups globally, e.g. Global Client Group, Trading, Risk, Compliance and Finance.
- The developer will be responsible for delivering the technology projects with focus on the DWS Strategic projects and changes driven by upcoming regulatory milestones.

- As a Tester understand the business requirements and create comprehensive test cases as per end user’s experience, conduct functional, regression and end to end testing.
- Execute full SDLC process.
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
- Develop and execute test scenarios, scripts and procedures for unit, system, integration, functional and acceptance testing.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
- Monitor testing progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- 7-8 years of QA & Testing experience.
- Good understanding of QA Principles.
- Experience in running effective QA reviews
- Knowledge in Banking domain, especially Asset Management preferred.
- Ability to partner with Business Analyst to interpret functional specifications
- Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to pick up new product and technical knowledge quickly
- Ability to quickly learn new and complex processes
- Responsible for identifying, escalating and resolving project issues to achieve the smooth process flow.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written and verbal)
