This role is within the Client Integration Engineering team, under ClientWorks Org in Oracle Health. As an edge development team, we create custom solutions that help deliver innovation at scale. We also support creation of solutions that temporarily fill functional gaps and support creation of reporting and extracts that enables integration with third party vendors. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be working on Quality Assurance projects for all ClientWorks Stakeholders. This involves interpreting requirements, writing test cases, improving test case set, working on automated testing and test strategies, testing programs, supporting our engineering team and helping ensure that the quality of our products is meeting the needs of our stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for software solutions in line with established processes.
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans with maximum scenario coverage.
- Execute test plans, document results, and analyze test outcomes to identify and report defects.
- Build and maintain an automation testing suite from the ground up.
- Leverage and adapt existing automation frameworks and practices within the organization.
- Develop, execute, and debug automation scripts to ensure high reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers, testers, product managers, and stakeholders to validate client solutions on time.
- Analyze requirements and product specifications to create effective test strategies.
- Identify gaps in test coverage, processes, and standards; recommend and implement improvements.
- Conduct peer reviews of test cases and automation scripts, suggesting enhancements.
- Mentor and guide team members, helping them upskill in automation best practices.
- Contribute to defining and improving QA standards, procedures, and methodologies across the team.

Basic Qualification Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least, 2 years of experience including manual and automation testing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices, processes and the products they are testing.
- Experience in software testing, writing test scripts, executing scripts, and reporting any issues.
- Experience in developing, maintaining, executing and debugging Automation scripts using Eggplant.
- Experience in Scrum & Agile development.
- US Healthcare knowledge.
- Test Case Writing and Maintainance.
- Automation Testing using any framework like Selenium, Eggplant etc.
- Testing techniques like boundary testing, negative testing.
- Testing strategies like regression testing, unit testing, black box testing.
- Understanding of quality assurance basics.
- Agile experience/knowledge.
- RQM and JIRA Experience.
- SQL Basics.
- Effective communication.
- Collaboration,
- Attention to detail.
