Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
- Conduct data analysis using MySQL to support decision-making and validate business requirements
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on requirements and specifications
- Execute manual testing to ensure application functionality and performance
- Perform SQL-based data validation and back-end testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues and collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve them
- Participate in UAT and support go-live activities
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business administration, or any related field
- Have 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst or Quality Analyst role
- Demonstrate proficiency in MySQL for data querying, data validation, and business analysis
- Show strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
- Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Be tech savvy
