QA Engineer - CRM Manual Testing

Join Superleap’s QA team to ensure our AI-powered CRM works smoothly across web and mobile platforms. This role focuses mainly on manual testing (80%) with some automation (20%). You’ll test features, find bugs, and work with developers to make sure everything works perfectly before it reaches users.

Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bengaluru (Work from office)

Experience: 3–5 years

Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Test UI, features, and APIs on web and mobile apps
• Write and maintain test cases and test reports
• Help set up basic automation test cases
• Work with developers in Agile teams to resolve issues
• Support junior testers when needed

Skills Required:

• Strong in manual testing (UI + API)
• Experience with tools like Postman, Selenium/Appium
• Basic knowledge of Java/JavaScript
• Familiarity with Agile and CI/CD environments
