QA Engineer

Overview

Job Purpose:

We are looking for experienced and ambitious QA to join our team. As a Software Test Engineer, you will be involved in design, testing, customization, configuration, deployment in support of enterprise packaged solutions and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our applications. You will work closely with software developers and other quality assurance engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

Extensive experience in Manual & Automation Testing methodologies, including Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, API, Database and UAT Testing across web and mobile applications.

Creates test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Prepare and execute test cases, report defects, and track them to closure using tools like JIRA.

Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan Identifying areas for modification and improvement

Involve in requirement analysis, test design, and execution, ensuring timely completion of testing phases with a focus on quality.

Skills and Competencies:

At least 3 to 6 years of experience in Manual Testing of web and mobile applications.

Automation Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation for web applications, backend services, and databases.

Automation with Selenium with C#, Cucumber (BDD) framework, Postman

Automation with Coded UI or Appium: Experience with UI testing automation using Coded UI or Appium is a plus.

Knowledge of T-SQL: Advanced knowledge of T-SQL scripting for SQL Server.

Experience in writing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on business requirements.

Educational Qualifications:

• BTech (CS/IT), MTech/ME (CS/ IT)

• BCA/MCA

Professional Certification:

• ISTQB Certification (optional)

• 3 - 6 Years
