We are looking for an Integration QA Engineerto join our IT Applications team in Bangalore, India, reporting to director of IT Apps. In this role, you will enable our business team to maximize their potential and achieve a greater market by delivering continuous improvement through expertise in test methodologies, automation development, ERP-CRM , and customer focus. What you’ll do:
- Be an integrated part of an Agile IT development team, working interactively with software engineers, testing engineers, and Product managers from the beginning of the development cycle
- Develop maintainable test automation frameworks, tools, and automated test suites, in response to the growing feature set and customer requirements
- Work in a fast-paced continuous integration and continuous delivery-based engineering environment
- Assist in developing our Cloud strategy and design new Cloud environments and architecture
- Build automation frameworks for deploying, managing, and monitoring Boomi, CRM, and ERP applications running on Salesforce.com and Oracle Fusion
- Anticipate future technology needs and business requirements to drive new technological approaches and tools
- Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, test automation scripts and report defects
- Document processes and maintain data records
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, CS , CE, EE or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2+ years using Agile software development methodologies
- Experience with developing maintainable test automation procedures and practices
- Solid knowledge of current quality engineering and test automation tools and processes, including JUnit, Jenkins, Selenium, and IXIA, or comparable products
- Experience with Jenkins and GIT
- Extensive experience writing, debugging and maintaining Salesforce, Salesforce DX and/or Oracle ERP code in the cloud
- Good commitment to best practices in SQA and software development, including modern CI processes and automating everything vision
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team and the ability to influence and collaborate across the organization at all levels to drive results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills, and build strong, productive relationships
After six months, you will…
- Learn the company culture, get to know your co-workers, organization, IT downstream and upstream systems and business partners
- Understand the landscape of the IT system architecture and integrations
- Define test plan, identify test scenario, and test automation
- Become a subject matter expert on key IT integration Services using the Boomi platform
- Own your functional areas and integrations
