Job Description: Rannkly is seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer - 2 with a minimum of 2 years of QA experience, particularly in SaaS and consumer internet applications for both mobile and desktop platforms. As the QA Engineer, you will oversee the quality assurance processes and ensure the seamless delivery of high-performance, reliable software. This role involves working closely with product and engineering teams to guarantee that our products meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure optimal performance and usability across all platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements for SaaS and consumer internet products and drive the development of appropriate testing strategies.
• Conduct and oversee manual testing of Rannkly’s products on mobile and desktop platforms.
• Ensure full test coverage of functional, performance, and regression testing for SaaS applications and consumer-facing software.
• Identify and document defects using industry-standard tools, working closely with developers to resolve issues quickly.
• Continuously monitor and improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance the quality of releases.
• Conduct load, performance, and security testing to ensure the reliability and security of SaaS applications.
• Provide stakeholders with regular test reports and quality metrics to track the status and quality of the product.
  
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proven experience in SaaS and consumer internet applications for both mobile and desktop platforms.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes specific to SaaS and web-based applications.
• Base-level experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium.
• Experience in testing across multiple platforms, including Android, iOS, and web-based applications.
• Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
