We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer with experience in both manual testing and test automation, including mobile app testing using Appium. You'll be part of a cross-functional team ensuring high-quality delivery across web and mobile platforms. If you're passionate about delivering bug-free user experiences and enjoy working with modern test frameworks, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze business requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
• Create and execute comprehensive manual test cases for web and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for:
• Web applications using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Mobile applications using Appium
• Perform functional, regression, UI, and API testing.
• Execute API testing using tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and designers in an Agile/Scrum team.
• Log, track, and verify bugs using tools like JIRA.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Recommend and implement improvements to testing processes and tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 25 years of experience in Software QA (manual + automation).
• Experience in mobile test automation using Appium for iOS and Android apps.
• Hands-on with at least one web automation framework like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Good knowledge of scripting/programming in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Proficiency with Postman, Swagger, or RestAssured for API testing.
• Experience with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Familiar with version control systems like Git.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Solid understanding of Agile development and QA best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
• Exposure to performance testing (e.g., JMeter, k6).
• Knowledge of cloud-based mobile testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• ISTQB certification or similar.
