QA Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Remote) with strong expertise in automation frameworks and web technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks using Playwright, ensuring test coverage across functional, regression, sanity, and performance layers.

Years of Experience

→ Minimum Required: 3+ years in Software Quality Assurance with expertise in test automation using Playwright
→ 3+ years in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
→ 1+ year experience in SQL

Key Responsibilities:
→ Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript
→ Create and execute test scripts for a range of test types including functional, regression, sanity, and performance testing
→ Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce issues and ensure timely resolution
→ Analyze product requirements to design thorough and effective test cases
→ Monitor automated test executions, ensuring reliability and extensive coverage
→ Track and manage bugs through the complete lifecycle
→ Deliver high-quality releases and contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes

Additional Candidate Preferences

→ Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:30 AM – 12:30 PM IST
→ Must be willing to work on Indian public holidays (compensatory off will be provided)
→ Should be a self-starter with a proactive approach to testing and debugging
→ Comfortable working in remote and cross-functional teams
→ Strong documentation and communication skills are preferred

→ Annual Salary Range: ₹19 – ₹37 LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,900,000.00 - ₹3,700,000.00 per year
