Overview

A. Qualification. : B.Tech. Branch: Electronics/Electrical/Production/Mechanical

B. Experience: 1 Year+

C. Job Description/Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Incoming Quality Control of the materials and components before they are used in manufacturing.

2. Identifying and solving problems in product functioning and various processes.

3. Overseeing the testing and inspection of products to ensure they meet specifications.

4. Creating procedures and documents on quality and safety.

5. Implementing quality standards, and monitoring workflows and processes.

6. Liaising with design, production, and customer teams to identify quality issues.

D. Skill Set:

1. Problem-solving skills with attention to details.

2. Computer skills (MS Excel and MS Word).

3. Judicious use of automation in work related to MS Excel and MS Word.

4. Continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce cost.

5. Interpersonal skills and leadership quality.

E. Technical Skill Set:

1. Knowledge of Quality and safety standards like ISO etc.

2. Fundamentals of Quality tools.

3. Know-how of Quality Philosophies.

4. Basics of electronics and instrumentation.

5. Fundamentals of materials and manufacturing processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
