QA Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated QA Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in both manual and automation testing, specifically in the health care domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Selenium and Appium to ensure the quality and reliability of our health care software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual Testing:

Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans based on project requirements.

Conduct thorough testing of health care software applications to identify and document defects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user scenarios.

Automation Testing:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Appium.

Execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications in the health care domain.

Work closely with development and product teams to ensure automation coverage aligns with project goals.

Health Care Domain Expertise:

Apply knowledge of health care industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and validate health care-specific workflows and functionalities.

Issue Tracking and Reporting:

Identify, document, and track software defects, providing detailed information to facilitate resolution.

Generate comprehensive test reports and communicate findings to relevant teams.

Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into the QA process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in both manual and automation testing.

Strong expertise in Selenium and Appium for web and mobile application testing.

Experience in the health care domain, with knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.

Familiarity with behavior-driven development (BDD) tools like Cucumber.

Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.

Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies.





Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in test automation with a focus on Selenium, Appium, and API testing.
  
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and API testing tools and frameworks.
  
• Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
  
• Solid understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and agile practices.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
