Job Title: Quality Analyst
Location: Gurgaon
Experience Level: 1-3 years
Key Responsibilities
- You will test and execute QA activities for Android, iOS, and Web Apps.
- You will understand product requirements and write corresponding test cases.
- You will maintain test suites for smoke, regression, and sanity testing.
- You will create bug reports and ensure they are clearly communicated to all teams involved in the product release cycle, ensuring zero production defects.
- You will regularly monitor production applications and provide support to operations and customer success teams for an post-production issues.
- You will be involved in manual testing of Android, iOS, and Web Apps, along with their related backend services.
- You will be responsible for writing automation test suites whenever required for any feature or module.
Skills Required:
- You should have 1-3 years of experience.
- You should possess strong analytical and logical skills.
- You should have excellent communication and articulation skills.
- You should have experience working with bug tracking tools like JIRA.
- You should be familiar with Java or Python programming languages.
- You should have a basic understanding of SQL and UNIX commands.
- You should be a quick learner and a strong team player.
- You should be able to work effectively in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
