As a QA Engineer, you will help shape the evolution of our testing framework, tools, and processes. You will validate new features, analyze defects, automate workflows, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability, security, performance, and usability.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX to define, refine, and validate new functionalities across desktop and service applications.
- Analyze requirements and transform them into clear, maintainable test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
- Independently/Jointly investigate defects, analyze logs, reproduce customer-reported issues, and support root-cause analysis.
- Implement test automation for .NET desktop applications (WinForms/WPF) and backend services where applicable.
- Test solutions involving MySQL database schema, stored procedures, and data transformations (including XSLT-based transformations).
- Validate REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring correctness, performance, and stability.
- Execute functional, regression, performance, scalability, and integration tests.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in QA for software products, ideally within .NET ecosystems.
- Strong hands-on experience with manual and automated testing of desktop applications (WinForms/WPF) and backend services.
- Familiarity with C#, .NET runtimes, and debugging techniques.
- Experience validating REST/SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
- Good knowledge of MySQL, including writing SQL queries for testing and validation.
- Familiarity with XSLT/XPath for testing transformation logic is an advantage.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and QA best practices.
- Experience with QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, NUnit, MSTest) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD systems and version control (Git).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple system layers.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
