About the job:

Job title: QA developer
Experience required: At least 1 year of experience in software testing, preferably within the e-commerce domain
Employment type: Full-time
Working mode: In-office (10 AM to 7 PM)
Location: Centrum Plaza, Sector 53, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated).
2. Conduct functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing.
3. Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA ,Clickup or similar.
4. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality releases.
5. Perform API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, etc.
6. Develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
7. Ensure test coverage for eCommerce flows like checkout, cart, product listings, payments, etc.
8. Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
9. Participate in code reviews and QA process improvement initiatives.
10. Stay updated with the latest QA tools, trends, and best practices.

Skills required:

Other Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of QA experience, with some in the e-commerce domain.

2. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

3. Experience with manual and automated testing tools.

4. Working knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, or similar tools.

5. Familiarity with Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wordpress or other e-commerce platforms is a big plus.

6. Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST-assured).

7. Understanding of version control systems like Git.

8. Basic knowledge of MySQL or SQL and databases.

9. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

10. Familiarity with performance testing and security testing basics, like Burp Suite, etc.
