Position - QA Engineer

Skill Set - QA, Manual testing, OTT Background, streaming knowledge
Notice period - 0-30 days
Primary Focus
Proactive live stream monitoring 30 minutes before live events
Ensure feed stability and handle basic escalations via Zendesk
Responsibilities
Check live feeds prior to event start
Monitor live programs end-to-end and ensure proper cutaways
Identify and report issues such as black screens, frozen frames, hits, or stream loss
Perform fallback switching to playout content when required
Escalate issues to Tier 2 support for advanced troubleshooting
Document incidents with accurate timestamps/timecodes
Manage multiple live streams based on complexity
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of OTT / live streaming workflows
Strong attention to detail and monitoring skills
Good written and verbal communication for clear escalation
Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools.
