We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In This Role, You Will

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver for UI testing.
• Implementing the overall automation test strategy and approach for the project.
• Develop and execute automated tests for RESTful APIs using tools such as RestAssured or similar.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to juniors and other team members.
• Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with the development team for resolution.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Analyze test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance the automation framework for scalability and reusability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in test automation.
• Ensure test coverage for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in automation testing and AI in QA.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards, driving continuous improvement programs and educating dev teams on the testing methodologies and processes.
  
  

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience in Java programming and Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience with API automation tools (e.g., RestAssured, Postman, SoapUI).
• Familiarity with test frameworks like TestNG or JUnit.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and their application in test automation (e.g., AI-based test case generation, self-healing tests, predictive analytics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge in capital markets, investment banking domain, asset classes, portfolio management and asset management will be an added advantage.
