Impact
At FalconX, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our systems and products meet the highest standards of reliability, accuracy, and user experience. As part of our Quality Assurance team, you’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to test new features, identify issues early, and help deliver a seamless experience to our customers. Your attention to detail and analytical mindset will help make crypto assets a reliable and trusted asset class.

Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute manual and semi-automated test cases for backend services, APIs, and web applications.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and identify potential risks early.
- Participate in sprint planning and ensure QA coverage for all features and bug fixes.
- Perform regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Log detailed and reproducible bug reports, follow up on fixes, and validate resolutions.
- Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to building a culture of quality across teams.
- Optionally, assist in developing lightweight test scripts or automation for repetitive tasks (basic scripting knowledge is a plus, but not required).
- 3–5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and agile practices.
- Experience testing APIs, web applications, or backend systems.
- Familiarity with tools like Postman, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Basic understanding of SQL for data validation.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment and work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in fintech, trading systems, or other high-reliability environments.
- Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience working in a startup or product-based company.
- Interest in blockchain, crypto, or financial markets.
