About Role

As a QA Engineer, you will maintain/continuously improve upon the QE function and facilitate implementation of QE best practices within the organization. Establish partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand customer requirements and ensure quality of delivery. Own, drive, measure and optimize the overall quality of the development and delivery process. Drive quality automation and take the customer perspective for end to end quality. The successful candidate will assume primary responsibility for validating and verifying the quality of the Marketing Technology group’s software products and services for domestic and global customers, both internal and external.

Requirements

• Ability to design tests for complex systems with an eye for detail.
• Knowledge on test automation frameworks and any proven experience is a plus.
• Design and write automated tests that validate performance, stability, and functionality is an added advantage.
• Produce high quality manual test cases, test plans and automation code.
• Understand the technical design of complex software components.
• Provide input into feature specification and design.
• Excellent communication, ability to describe a problem in a technical manner.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Owns the test design, test development, test automation and test execution of multiple features and components of the application.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to understand the product roadmap and product specifications to help determine the right test strategy.
• Performs functional, integration and regression testing.
• Evaluate system performance, reproduce issues and work with the development team to resolve identified problems.
• BS Computer Science or related industry experience required.
• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in QA,
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Experience in testing Vue.JS, Azure Function Apps, and MEAN stack applications.
• Knowledge or proven expertise in creating Automation Frameworks or enhancing the one that is being used.
• Knowledge on Automation Framework Development (BDD, POM, Cucumber, TestNG, WebdriverIO, Robot Framework) is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate (both written & verbal).
• Should have worked in an Agile environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
