Job Position : Senior QA Engineer

Job Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• 3 + years web & mobile functional / regression testing in Agile teams
• Writes clear test plans, cases, and traceability to user stories / AC
• Logs reproducible defects with evidence in Jira (or similar) and drives them to closure
• Basic SQL for data setup / back-end checks; comfortable with Postman for quick API validations
• Strong analytical thinking & communication — can explain risk and priority to devs and PMs
• Automation QA Requirements (core)1 + years building and maintaining Selenium WebDriver suites in Java
• Uses Page Object (or Screenplay) patterns, explicit waits, and Gradle/Maven + TestNG/JUnit
• Integrates tests into CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) for smoke/regression runs
• Automates REST API checks with REST-Assured and generates Allure/HTML reports
• (Nice-to-have) Mobile automation with Appium for Android & iOS; experience with cloud device grids
  
  

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with front-end test frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Jest, Playwright).
• Experience testing RESTful services in NodeJS.
• Ability to understand and analyze development logs.
• Proficient in Oracle 19c and PL/SQL.
• Familiar with GIT or similar source control systems (e.g., Mercurial, Subversion).
• Basic knowledge of Linux commands.
• Experience with mobile application testing (iOS and/or Android) is a plus.
