QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) in Delhi, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Noida (Hybrid)

We are looking for a talented 'QA engineer (automation + manual)' to join our team at AppQuarterz Technologies! As a 'QA engineer', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing
• Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs and track defects to resolution
• Contribute to the design and implementation of automation testing frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Perform regression testing to validate software quality and stability
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover usability issues and gather user feedback
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies to continuously improve the testing process
• Conduct performance and load testing to identify potential bottlenecks
• Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and provide comprehensive support to the development team
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices in software quality assurance
• Verify that the software meets business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assigned tasks
• Actively participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
