Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA Manual Tester to join our Quality Assurance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test plans
• Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar
• Perform regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, and exploratory testing
• Collaborate with developers and other team members to understand features and resolve issues
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning and reviews
• Continuously suggest improvements in QA processes and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in manual software testing
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
• Experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with basic SQL queries for data validation
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git
• Exposure to automated testing concepts or tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
