Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Manual Tester to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate functionality and improve overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for both web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as Jira, Redmine, or Basecamp.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements and ensure issues are effectively resolved.
• Perform API testing to validate frontend and backend functionality using tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Write basic SQL queries to validate data and support backend testing.
• Adhere to QA best practices and ensure compliance with internal quality standards and industry guidelines.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC processes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Proven ability to create clear, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Redmine, or Basecamp.
• Prior experience testing both web and mobile applications.
• Exposure to API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger) and a good grasp of frontend and backend testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
