QA Manual Tester

Overview

We are looking for a Manual Tester with 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of manual testing concepts, test case preparation, defect reporting, and basic exposure to automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
• Prepare and maintain test cases, test plans, and test reports.
• Communicate test results clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Manual Testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Ability to write detailed and structured test cases.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail, etc.
• Basic knowledge of automation testing (Selenium / Postman / or any automation tool).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience testing APIs (Postman).
• Basic understanding of SQL queries for backend validation.
• Familiarity with browser dev tools and debugging techniques.
