QA/QC Engineer (Construction)

Overview

• QAQC civil Engineer (B-Tech/B.E) with min 2 years of experience in construction of Buildings.
• Candidate shall have thorough knowledge in relevant codes and standards. Shall have knowledge in ISO 9001 Standard and experience in material testing, concrete mix design, work methods, and other QAQC activities.
• Shall liaise with Client/consultant for all quality related matters on day-to-day activities and involve in routine site inspection.
• Candidate shall study the item specifications in contract. Inspection of incoming material and reporting to the project manager. Review the quality of materials at site, ensuring compliance with project specifications. Prior to use, in process and final stage random inspection and periodic testing of materials and end product as per the contract. Material testing as and when required from external lab.
• Candidate shall ensure approvals for specialized items or new specific items from clients e.g., construction chemicals, grouts, and binding agent etc.
• Candidate shall prepare contract specific Quality documents, Inspection & Test Plans. Ensure calibration of testing equipment, batching plant, weigh batchers etc.
• Candidate shall establish Project laboratory as per contract requirement. Training of Lab Technicians as and when required. Maintaining the inventory of lab equipment’s.
• Candidate shall coordinate with Construction Team for testing & control.
• Candidate shall assess the potential quality risks of each process and prepare mitigation plan.
• Candidate shall conduct Quality Audits and identify areas of improvements. Ensure that Non-Conformities of Quality audits are vacated in time by those concerned.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
