QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical)

Overview

• Raw Material Inspection:

Inspect incoming brass raw materials to ensure compliance with required specifications before production begins.

• Precision Measurement:

Verify dimensions, functionality, and visual appearance of brass components using instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, etc.

• In-Process & Final Inspection:

Conduct product and material testing during and after manufacturing, following defined quality protocols and brass industry standards.

• Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare and maintain inspection records, test reports, and quality documents. Present quality performance data and issue reports to management regularly.

• Compliance & Standards:

Ensure all processes and records adhere to ISO 9001 or other relevant certifications (e.g., ROHS, REACH, CE). Maintain quality systems and calibration records.

• Process Monitoring:

Monitor production processes to identify potential quality deviations. Recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Continuous Improvement:

Actively support quality improvement programs such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma to enhance product quality and reduce waste.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
