Job Profile

QA Engineer

Quality Assurance Engineer to work on validation of deployments and operations for PTCs SaaS solutions on Azure and AWS platforms.

Location: Pune

Day to Day Activities:

• Understanding customer requirements
• Test planning and execution
• Validation of automated services for deployment and maintenance of Windchill Application on cloud
• Identifying issues and working with dev team to resolve those
• Problem Solving
• Collaborating with Developers and Product Owners

Skills And Knowledge

• Must have Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good Technical Learning Abilities
• Good knowledge about Cloud platforms like Azure, AWS
• Hands on experience to work on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS for deployment and maintenance of Infrastructure as well as applications.
• Hands on experience with cloud services like Azure VM, Azure Blob Storage, Azure AD, Oracle PDB
• Experience to work on cloud orchestration tools like terraform, Saltstack
• Proficiency in tools such as Gitlab, DevOps pipelines, Gitlab runner, and Jenkins
• Knowledge about Python / Shell scripting
• Hands on experience to work on Unix platform.
• Knowledge about Python / Shell scripting for automation and system tasks
• Experience in automation testing using Selenium/Playwright for web applications
• Good understanding of software applications in Client-Server architecture
• Experience to work on Databases like Oracle 19c, MS-SQL 2016/2019

Good To Have Skills

• Introduction to cloud technologies like Docker Containers, Kubernetes etc.
• Experience to work on REST API Testing
• Knowledge about JAVA
  
  
  

Basic Qualifications

BE / B Tech / ME/ Mtech/ MCA / MSc Computer Science with excellent academics and 2-6 years of relevant experience

• Experience with Windchill customization or configuration.
• Knowledge of PTC Creo or other CAD tools is an advantage.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
