• Passion and desire for testing, continuous improvement and aiming for high standards of quality.
• 8+ years relevant testing experience - ideally within a technical development environment, 2-3 years of experience in a lead capacity
• Java is preferred, Python is good to have.
• Able to identify add solutions and conduct PoCs – Proof of Concepts.
• Testing experience of embedded/hard/software/development testing using testing methodologies and processes
• Demonstrated senior level test analyst experience in automation and manual testing.
• Able to demonstrate an example of testing maturity with regards to measurability and repeatability
• Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong customer focus
• Strategic influence
• Test automation scripting experience
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience working with Agile development methodology in particular SAFe – Scaled Agile Framework
• Experience with JIRA or relevant issue tracking system
• Relevant tertiary qualification: master’s degree in electronics, computer science, information systems or similar

• Exposure to Bladerunner
• ISTQB certification
• Experience working with Test Rigs
