QA Test lead

Job Description

• Testing Expertise : Extensive experience in manual and automated testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Test Automation: Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and experience with server-side languages (e.g., Java).
• Stress & Performance testing: Proficiency in executing the large scale stress and performance tests using QA tools.
• Bug Tracking: Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla).
• Functional Testing: Ability to design and execute comprehensive test cases for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to work with APIs and databases.
• Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying issues and inconsistencies.
• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Documentation: Proficient in documenting test cases, test results, and defect reports clearly and accurately.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Communication: Strong communication skills for discussing testing results, issues, and improvements.
• Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azureis desired, like familiarity with Azure services Azure Cosmos Database.
