Qlik Business Analyst/Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Assisting business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Technology teams via respective backlogs with minimum cross product co-ordination.
• Provide business requirements for the QlikSense development team.
• Hands on experience in creating , splitting user stories, story walkthrough with IT and business.
• Working independently and as part of a team to analyse, design, test and implement Qlik Sense based applications.
• Building on and suggesting best practices.
• Mentoring other members in the department where appropriate, providing guidance and knowledge transfer.
• Managing Jira Board and updating Confluence project documentation.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Business analysis experience across multiple domains including banking domain.
• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in the banking domain.
• Strong experience and understanding of Qlik Sense and NPrinting technologies
• Knowledge of the enterprise’s business operations (Investment Banking and Client Services)
• Comfortable managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Supporting global applications in rollout/ user adoption
• Familiarity with project portfolio governance including tracking actual/plan/forecast costs and resourcing
• Ability to problem solve, clearly articulate requirements as well as implementing and driving change
• Experience in various project delivery methodologies: Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban
