QMS System Administrator

Overview

Position Title: QMS System Administrator

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Office-based)

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Hospital Management / Health IT / Biomedical Engineering / MCA / BCA

Key Responsibilities:

 Support the deployment and configuration of AccreHealth QMS modules at client hospitals/site

 Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients

 Collaborate with the sales team during pre-sales meetings and client discussions

 Train end users (Quality Managers, Clinicians, Admin Staff) on system usage

 Handle client queries and provide technical support related to QMS modules

 Coordinate with the tech team to escalate and track resolution of issues

 Conduct pre-sales calls and lead generation

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Background in Hospital Administration, Health Informatics, or IT in Healthcare

 Strong communication and client-handling skills

 Tech-savvy with the ability to explain software to healthcare professionals

 Familiarity with NABH / JCI standards or quality protocols is a plus

 Willingness to travel occasionally for client deployments and training
