Overview
Position Title: QMS System Administrator
Location: Kochi, Kerala (Office-based)
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Hospital Management / Health IT / Biomedical Engineering / MCA / BCA
Key Responsibilities:
Support the deployment and configuration of AccreHealth QMS modules at client hospitals/site
Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients
Collaborate with the sales team during pre-sales meetings and client discussions
Train end users (Quality Managers, Clinicians, Admin Staff) on system usage
Handle client queries and provide technical support related to QMS modules
Coordinate with the tech team to escalate and track resolution of issues
Conduct pre-sales calls and lead generation
Desired Candidate Profile:
Background in Hospital Administration, Health Informatics, or IT in Healthcare
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to explain software to healthcare professionals
Familiarity with NABH / JCI standards or quality protocols is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally for client deployments and training
