Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing efforts for large-scale DPI systems spanning API, Web, and Mobile platforms.
- Define and implement the overall QA strategy including manual, automated, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, DevOps, and security teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Develop, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
- Establish and maintain robust CI/CD integrated test automation frameworks using modern
- Oversee performance testing efforts to ensure systems can scale under real-world usage.
- Track and report quality metrics, bugs, and test coverage; advocate for resolution of critical issues.
- Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers; manage resource planning and task allocation.
- Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and regulatory standards for public platforms.
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in a Test Lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience in: API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured)
- Web & Mobile testing (manual + automation; Selenium, Appium, etc.)
- Test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, Robot Framework)
- Performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, Locust)
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, defect management, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Experience working with public sector or large-scale citizen-facing platforms is a plus
