Quality Analyst/Scrum master/BA- FIX Protocol/ Algo Trading/Derivatives- C12- Pune

The IT Business Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Responsibilities:

• Expert level knowledge of OMS and Trade Life Cycle in a Front Office
• Exposure to Front/Middle/Back Office apps
• Good Knowledge of FIX protocol
• Good technical knowledge
• Ability to under technical requirements and break them in to smaller units for development to work
• Experience to run scrum meetings
• Experience in running projects
• Experience in project tracking
• Experience in risk identification and mitigation
• Experience in working closely with QA and SET teams
  
  

Experience in Software Quality Assurance methodologies, process and best practices along with strong understanding of current application development technology

Experience in testing in a Agile environment

Expert in test cycles, test tools, and testing methodologies

Good with testing processes and Agile

Experience in testing FIX message based testing approach

Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
• Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
