Quality Automation Tester

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
• Perform regression testing, functional testing, and end-to-end system testing.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and identify test cases.
• Analyze test results, report bugs, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Contribute to improving testing efficiency and automation coverage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in QA automation testing 1 years prefer.
• Fresher can also apply
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, JUnit/Test NG, or Cypress.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with REST API testing (Postman, Rest Assured).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance testing Manual & Selenium.
