Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the intricacies of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance delivery speed while ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional expertise to craft comprehensive testing strategies, applying established quality processes and methodologies. Additionally, you will focus on defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and evaluate the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, ensuring that the team meets its objectives efficiently and effectively.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of testing strategies that align with project goals.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform testing strategies.
