About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Performing feature engineering from market microstructure.
2. Experimenting with and validating models.
3. Backtesting ML-enhanced strategies.
4. Deploying validated models to production.
5. Building feature extraction pipelines.
6. Successfully deploying the first ML model to production.
7. Automating the ML pipeline (training validation deployment).
8. Monitoring and maintaining models.

Stipend:

INR₹ 25,000 /month

Cloud Computing, Python, Algorithms, Machine Learning, Docker, Microsoft Azure, TensorFlow, Terraform, PyTorch, Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and Quantitative Research

Other Requirements:

1. Time series analysis (critical).

2. Machine learning engineering (critical).

3. Statistical thinking (critical).

4. Data engineering fundamentals (important).

5. Rust and high-performance ML (critical).

6. Trading/finance basics: understanding candles, timeframes, and technical indicators.

7. Python deep learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow) — useful for research/prototyping before Burn implementation.

8. Docker/containerization for model deployment.

9. CI/CD pipelines for automated model validation.

10. Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for model training and serving.

11. MLOps tools: MLflow, Weights & Biases, DVC.

• Stipend Structure:

  Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 /month

  Incentive pay: ₹ 15,000 /month
