Job Description

What drives our teams:

• Develop, test, and maintain software components based on user stories and feature specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Java reactive streams and associated technologies.
• Implement and optimize solutions using Spring Web Flux, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Contract, and other Spring modules.
• Build and manage microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Integrate event-driven systems using Kafka.
• Work on distributed data processing using Apache Spark.
• Develop front-end components using Angular and TypeScript.
• Build and deploy AWS cloud-based SaaS applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architecture and product teams, to ensure the seamless implementation of enterprise-level non-functional requirements (NFRs).
• Drive innovation by introducing new ideas and technologies into the development process, with a focus on automation and reducing manual interventions.
• Focus on efficiency improvements in both product development and operational tasks.
• Leverage GenAI tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to optimize your development workflow and enhance code quality.
• Collaborate with the team on building scalable SaaS products, ensuring long-term product growth and maintaining enterprise-level quality.
• Contribute to overall product design and feature enhancements, thinking beyond technical execution and focusing on the bigger product vision.
• Engage in continuous learning to adapt to emerging technologies and frameworks, ensuring the use of cutting-edge practices in development.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science from IIT or an equivalent top-tier institute.
• Passionate about technology, eager to learn, and driven to make an impact.
  
  

 

Role Summary:

As a Graduate Software Developer, you will be part of an agile development team responsible for building scalable and robust software solutions. Along with key exposure to enterprise-level non-functional requirements to tackle real-world software challenges. You will work closely with product owners to translate user stories and feature requirements into high-quality code using the latest technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java and a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Web Flux.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration concepts.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Helm, AWS Cloud, and distributed systems.
• Experience or coursework in Angular, TypeScript, or similar front-end frameworks.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and SaaS application development.
