Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Radio Access Network (RAN) Engineer with 5–10 years of expertise across multi-vendor environments (Huawei, Nokia, Samsung). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in network optimization, performance analysis, and radio planning across technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G (SA/NSA). A deep understanding of network configuration, KPI monitoring, and optimization tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end network performance monitoring, analysis, and anomaly detection
• Generate and manage performance reports – including KPI analysis, top offenders, and optimization recommendations
• Configure and maintain network parameters baselines to ensure optimal performance
• Provide technical input for hardware and parameter changes to enhance network quality
• Conduct pre/post implementation assessments and present improvement recommendations
• Maintain and verify logical configurations (e.g., power settings, tilt, technologies, bands)
• Perform database consistency checks (topology, configuration management)
• Utilize tools such as Atoll and MapInfo for planning and visualization
• Support the creation of dashboards and custom queries in performance management systems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in Radio Access Network Engineering with a strong focus on Huawei, Nokia, and/or Samsung
• Proficient in radio network optimization for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies (both SA and NSA)
• In-depth understanding of vendor-specific parameters, features, and configuration practices
• Solid experience working on optimization projects for mobile network operators
• Hands-on experience with Atoll, MapInfo, and performance management tools
• Strong analytical and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vendor certifications (Huawei, Nokia, Samsung)
• Exposure to network planning, optimization, troubleshooting, and RCA for multiple operators
• High proficiency in both technical (analytical, programming) and soft skills (communication, problem-solving)
