RDLC & SQL Developer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled RDLC & SQL Developer to join our team at eDominer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing reports using RDLC and HTML, ensuring they meet business requirements and functional designs. Your work will directly support our EXPAND smERP on the Cloud platform, enhancing the reporting capabilities for our clients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop dynamic and visually appealing reports using RDLC and HTML.
• Understand business and functional requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop reports accordingly.
• Perform thorough testing and QA of reports to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, views, indexes, functions, and stored procedures to support report development.
• Design and develop sub-reports and charts in Crystal Reports or RDLC for enhanced data visualization.
• Utilize ASP.Net and VB coding with the Dataset object to manage data before integrating it into RDLC or Crystal reports.
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve tickets related to reporting issues, problems, and queries.
• Optimize database objects and report templates to ensure high performance and efficient report generation.
• Stay updated and willing to learn additional reporting tools to enhance the capabilities of EXPAND smERP on the Cloud.

Requirements:

• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in report development using RDLC and Crystal Reports.
• Must have a BE, B Tech, B.Sc. IT, MSc IT, or MCA background.
• Strong knowledge of T-SQL query writing and optimization.
• Proficient in creating SQL queries, views, indexes, functions, and stored procedures; experienced in ASP.Net, and VB coding using Dataset object.
• Experience in designing and developing sub-reports and charts in Crystal Reports or RDLC.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities.
• Willingness to learn additional reporting tools and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality reports on time.
