React Developer - Team Lead

Overview

Mandatory Criteria (Can't be neglected during screening) : ● Candidate must have Expertise in designing and coding REACT applications.● Candidate should have Experience with developing SDK’s for REACT based applications/platforms.● Experience in enterprise grade SDLC processes.● Nice to have - Node and Java Script experience.● Candidate will be Leading a team while contributing as an independent contributor.

- Experience from 5 yrs to 7 yrs - Salary range - 21 LPA - 25 LPA
- Experience of 8 yrs to 9 yrs - Salary range - 30 LPA - 32 LPA
- Experience 10 + yrs - Salary upto 40 LPA max. Description

About Us:

ZeMoSo Technologies is a Zero to One Product Market Fit Studio. We work on ideas from scratch and take it to the Product Market Fit stage using Lean Execution->Design Thinking->Agile Methodology. We provide product & data engineering solutions using open-source Big Data stacks, Machine Learning and advanced custom visualizations.

Currently, for Pune, we are looking for React developers.

- Experience :5-10 Years of ZeMoSo Equivalent experience
- Location : Pune and it's Hybrid
- Notice Period : Immediate or 1 week
- Qualification : BTECH/BE or equivalent or Master’s Degree

Skills Required:

● Expertise in designing and coding REACT applications
● Experience with developing SDK’s for REACT based applications/platforms
● Node and Java Script experience is nice to have
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
● Strong communication and collaboration abilities
● Ability to manage large teams and work closely with stakeholders and designers
● Experience in working with Agile framework.
● Experience in enterprise grade SDLC processes
● Ability to handle ambiguity.

Responsibilities:

● Lead a team as a tech lead while contributing as an independent contributor
● Interact with stakeholders and designers to finalize on backlog along with the Scrum master
● Analyze the requirements and come up with functional design for solutions
● Do code reviews for PRs and Mentor the team
● Ensure compliance of SDLC processes and provide regular reports as needed
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹2,000,000.00 per year
