SurePass Technologies has launched a first-of-its-kind check-in service that allows on-ground businesses verifying their ID credentials in real-time. SurePass Technologies' API can authenticate and digitally store a customer/visitor's Aadhar card, driver's license, voter ID, and PAN for your compliance or security needs.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate React Developer to join our talented tech team at Surepass Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building user-friendly, high-performance web applications using React and related technologies. You will work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences and create high-quality, maintainable code. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled developer with 1-2 years of experience in React development to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement responsive and dynamic React-based web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.
• Work with Redux for state management and handle asynchronous actions with Redux Toolkit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to front-end functionality and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and team workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React development and related technologies.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of user-friendly and visually appealing UI/UX patterns.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between client and server.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional experience working with React, JavaScript, and front-end technologies.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and a solid understanding of its core concepts.
• Hands-on experience with React and its core principles, including hooks, component lifecycle, and JSX.
• Experience with state management using Redux and Redux Toolkit for managing complex application states.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and a keen eye for building user-friendly interfaces.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern web design practices.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and web services integration.
• Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
