React Full Stack Developer (On Site - Hybrid)

We are seeking a Full-stack Web developer who can quickly familiarise themselves with our existing codebase, demonstrate strong ownership of the project, and deliver iterative improvements in a dynamic and evolving environment

In this role, you will be instrumental in the maintaining and iterating our core web product. You’ll work closely with experienced tech experts, gaining hands-on experience and directly impacting our product's evolution. • Develop and maintain user-friendly interfaces and features for our web product using Next.js.
• Build and optimise efficient backend services and APIs.
• Manage and query data effectively using SQL databases.
• Collaborate with senior developers and product teams to translate requirements into functional features.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Optimise performance and caching strategies for fast-loading pages
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our applications.
  

• Recently graduated (≤1 year of experience) with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience or strong familiarity with Next.js (or a similar modern React framework).
• Proficiency in working with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication basics (JWT)
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn cloud deployment and scalable architecture
• A portfolio or personal projects showcasing your web development skills are a significant plus.
