React/NodeJS Full Stack Developer

Overview

Navtech is looking for a NodeJS + React Developer to work on cutting-edge technologies with an innovative mindset in a collaborative team environment.

Working as a NodeJS + React Developer at Navtech, you will:

• Perform all phases of software engineering including analysis, design, coding, and testing.
• Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum sprints to deliver high-quality releases.
• Build and enhance UI components using React.js.
• Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using NodeJS (Express.js/NestJS or similar frameworks).
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle with clean, testable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as required.

Who Are We Looking For Exactly?

• 1+ year of experience with NodeJS and React.js.
• Strong understanding of NodeJS frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or Koa.
• Hands-on experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Experience with Git, SVN, Mercurial, or similar version control tools.
• Strong logical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Ability to work independently or within a team.
