Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and highly available applications and infrastructure on AWS.
- Leverage your deep hands-on experience with the following AWS services :
- Compute : Lambda, ECS, EC2
- Data Storage : DynamoDB, S3
- Messaging & Integration : SQS, SNS
- Develop and maintain Lambda functions and perform scripting for automation and operational tasks.
- Utilize your strong Java and Spring Boot skills to build and deploy backend applications in the cloud.
- Design and implement microservices architectures and integrate them effectively.
- Work with Kafka for building event-driven systems and data streaming pipelines.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain security best practices in the cloud environment.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of cloud solutions.
- Automate deployment processes and infrastructure management.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate and deploy applications to the AWS cloud.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the entire cloud stack.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and best practices.
- Mandatory Hands-on Experience (6+ years in each) :
- AWS Lambda
- Amazon DynamoDB
- Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS)
- Amazon Simple Notification Service (SNS)
- Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3)
- . Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS)
- Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2)
- Proven experience in creating and deploying Lambda functions and performing scripting for automation.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka for building event-driven systems.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform).
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. -
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other AWS services (e.g., API Gateway, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK stack).
