Remote: Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails + React.js)

Overview

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our growing team at Ultimate Coders, where we build interactive platforms for coding education and franchise operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with cutting-edge tech and make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain full stack applications using Ruby on Rails and React.js
• Implement clean, responsive UIs with Tailwind CSS and Ant Design
• Create and consume GraphQL and RESTful APIs
• Integrate secure third-party services such as Stripe
• Write clean, testable, and scalable code
• Work closely with designers and product managers in an Agile environment
• Use Git and JIRA to manage code and tasks

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React.js
• Strong understanding of frontend (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Familiarity with version control using Git
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills:

• TypeScript exposure
• GraphQL experience
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or Ant Design
• Experience in test-driven development (RSpec, Jest)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
