This role is ideal for a recent graduate or entry-level professional with a passion for data, technology, and solving business Responsibilities Gathering & Documentation :
- Work with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in creating business process flows, wireframes, and mockups.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical Analysis & Reporting :
- Analyze business data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support creation of dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- Validate and test data during development cycles and solution Communication :
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and interviews with clients and internal teams.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and collect feedback for iterative Support :
- Assist project managers and senior analysts with project tracking, documentation, and status reporting.
- Help in risk identification, issue resolution, and change request Skills :
- MS Excel Data analysis, pivot tables, formulas
- SQL (Basic) Ability to write queries for data validation and exploration
- Documentation Tools MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Confluence
- Requirement Tools JIRA, Trello, or similar project management platforms
- Flowchart/Diagram Tools Lucidchart, Draw.io, :
- Business Intelligence Tools Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies
- Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, or data :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Internship or coursework in business analysis, product management, or data analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced Skills :
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Curious and proactive attitude
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
