Revenue Operations Data Analyst

Lead and Campaign Analysis o Track lead conversion rates and campaign performance (ROI, engagement, and attribution). o Monitor MQLs, SALs, and nurture program effectiveness. o Evaluate top-of-funnel metrics like lead quality and source performance. • Pipeline and Funnel Insights o Analyze pipeline health, funnel conversion rates, and velocity. o Provide insights on marketing influence on revenue generation. • Engagement and Activity Monitoring o Measure email engagement, landing page performance, and event success. o Track customer interactions with marketing campaigns • Revenue and ROI Tracking o Assess campaign ROI, customer lifetime value (CLV), and cost per lead (CPL). o Monitor upsell and cross-sell opportunities and renewal projections. • Customer Health and Retention o Analyze customer health scores, product adoption, and engagement trends. o Report on churn drivers, retention metrics, and renewal rates. • Data Quality and Maintenance o Ensure CRM data accuracy, completeness, and standardization. o Perform regular audits for duplicates, outdated records, and gaps. o Maintain clean and enriched data for accounts, contacts, and leads. • Operational and Custom Reporting o Develop executive dashboards integrating marketing, sales, and customer data. o Build custom reports for attribution models, ad spend efficiency, and usage analytics. • Customer Feedback and Experience
